UPDATE: As of 10:14 am October 23, 2025, the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
The City of Taylorsville Water has issued a Boil Water Advisory until further notice for the following areas: From 1263 Mt Washington Road to 3056 Mt Washington Road, including the Spencer County Elementary School, Spencer County Middle School, Spencer County Extension Office, Pin Oak Subdivision, Old South Subdivision, Hunters Trace Subdivision, River Heights Subdivision, Boston Branch Court, Bennett Spur, and Carl Monroe Road. It is recommended that customers bring all water used for drinking, food preparation, and cooking to a rolling boil. Let the water boil for 3 minutes. Avoid using the water from chilled water lines in your refrigerator and do not use any ice from your ice maker.
