The Staff, Commissioners, and Mayor of the City of Taylorsville wish to extend their condolences to the family of former Mayor Don Pay at his passing. Cremation was chosen by the family and there will be no services at this time, arrangements were made by Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home.
