Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice. Please be assured that we will continue to provide services to our community. We will have office staff here to assist you via phone, email or fax during our normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

If you need to make a payment on your account you may do so by:
- dropping payment in the night drop box located on the right side of the City Hall building
- pay by phone with a representative in our office at 502-477-3235
- by calling our 24-hour automated payment line at 1-855-373-0811
- pay online at cityoftaylorsville.com (click pay my bill)
- or mail payments to: City of Taylorsville, PO Box 279, Taylorsville, KY 40071
We will continue with the same water billing schedule; payments will be due on the same monthly dates of the 10th or 25th and we will continue timely processing of all payments received.
