The City of Taylorsville, located in Spencer County, Kentucky, seeks qualified applicant for the position of Seasonal Laborer from March to October, to perform maintenance for all City of Taylorsville properties and facilities. This person shall work under the direction of the Public Utilities Director This position primarily pertains to maintenance at all City owned property and some street work activities.
Applicants must be able to perform manual labor including but not limited to: mowing, landscaping, street cleaning, digging and heavy lifting. Applicant must be able to work independently at times, work well with others and follow directions from a supervisor. Must possess valid driver’s license, be 18 years of age and able to pass background check and drug test. Starting salary based upon qualifications.
