The City of Taylorsville will be taking written sealed bids regarding the sale of a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7 hemi engine – 35,987 miles. The City vehicle will be offered to the public for purchase. No minimum bid will be required.
The property will be sold, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the bid form, which may be obtained at the City of Taylorsville City Hall, 70 Taylorsville Road, Taylorsville, Kentucky, during the City’s normal working hours which are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or online at www.taylorsville.ky.gov. Bids will only be considered if submitted on the bid form. The vehicle may be test-driven provided that a valid operator’s license and proof of insurance can be presented.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk on the Bid Forms by 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2019 at the above location. The sealed bids will be opened at that time and then awarded to the highest or best bidder at a regular meeting of the City Commission, at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex, on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, or as soon thereafter as time will allow, subject to said terms and conditions set forth in the Bid Form, with the City reserving the right to reject any and all bids for whatever reason.
